   These terms and conditions will take precedence over any other conditions or terms appearing on any letters or agreements provided by the customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed by Lanyard Istanbul in writing.

Quotation:
   Lanyard Istanbul will not be bound by any quotation provided for any products or services over the telephone or in an email message. Only quotations on official stationery issued to customers after submission of artwork will be valid. All prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice and should not be relied upon in full - contact us for a full quote.
Payment:
   All customers are required to complete full payment before any order is undertaken. It must be noted that payments by Bank Transfer or Cheque will take several days to clear and any order shall not commence until funds have cleared.
Once payment has been received the order is not cancellable under any circumstances. As lanyards are made to order parts are not re-saleable to other customers so no refunds are given.
Delivery and Carriage:
   Unless otherwise stated transportation of goods shall be at the customer's risk. The customer must examine all goods upon delivery and note any shortfall or damage with the delivery driver at the time of delivery. The customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods in respect of such lacks of conformity, which he/she discovered or ought to have discovered during such examination, if he/she has signed the delivery receipt without note.
The signature of any employee or agent of the customer is proof of receipt. The customer will be liable for any additional carriage, storage charges, losses or damages arising if the customer refuses to take delivery of the goods ordered. Neither any non-delivery, nor shortages in delivery nor any claim by the customer in respect of any delivery or part delivery shall entitle the customer to reject any other goods.
Storage:
   If for any reason the customer is unable to accept delivery or collect the goods at the time when the goods are ready Lanyard Istanbul shall be under no obligation to store the same and may, at our discretion, store the goods but at the customer's risk and the customer shall be liable to Lanyard Istanbul for the reasonable cost (including insurance) of it so doing.
Custom Artwork:
   Any designs, logos, text or other artwork provided by, or for the customer will be used to produce a design proof. Once the customer approves the proof and makes payment the order is fixed and under no circumstances can any change be made to the order (including any artwork changes) after this time. Lanyard Istanbul will not be responsible for any graphical, textual or other error in the design proof if it is approved by the customer. It must be noted that electronic proofs are not accurately colour matched however Lanyard Istanbul will endeavour to provide a reasonable match. We reserve the right to refuse or exclude any artwork which we consider to be unsuitable at our discretion, of which you will be advised on the design proof.
Indemnity:
   The customer shall ensure that he/she has full authority to reproduce any material in which copyright subsists and Lanyard Istanbul reserves the right to refuse to undertake any work which infringes, or appears to infringe, the copyright of a third party.
The customer shall fully indemnify Lanyard Istanbul against any action, claim, demand, costs, charges and expenses arising from libel, or incurred by reason of any infringement or alleged infringement of any copyright letters patent, registered design trade mark, trade name, industry guidelines or any other intellectual property rights protected in the Turkey or any laws for the time in force in the Turkey by the publication or use or sale of the goods and against all costs and damages which Lanyard Istanbul may incur in any action for such infringement for which Lanyard Istanbul may become liable.
   In the event of any claim being made or action brought against the customer arising out of the matters referred to in this clause, Lanyard Istanbul shall be promptly notified thereof.
The customer warrants that any design material or instructions furnished or given by him are not libellous or such as will cause Lanyard Istanbul to infringe any copyright letters patent, registered designs, trade marks or trade name, or any other intellectual property rights or any legislation for the time being in force in the Turkey in the performance of the contract.
Oversupply or Undersupply:
   Lanyard Istanbul reserve the right to supply either under or over the ordered amount by 10%. Undersupply shall be subject to a discount based on the proportion supply. Oversupply will be charged for.
Liability:
   Consequential losses: Nothing in these terms and conditions shall make Lanyard Istanbul liable for any consequential loss to the customer including any expense, liability, loss, claim or proceeding whatsoever caused by or arising out of the late delivery, non delivery, unsuitability or incompatibility.
Force Majeure:
   Although Lanyard Istanbul shall use all reasonable endeavours to discharge its obligations under a contract in a prompt and efficient manner, it does not accept responsibility for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control.
Correspondence Complaints:
   All official correspondence should be made to Lanyard Istanbul, Istanbul Tekstil ve Promosyon Urunleri San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. Kirazli Caddesi Sanayi Sokak No:50/A 34540 Gunesli Istanbul Turkey. Any complaints should be made in writing to Lanyard Istanbul within 5 working days of receiving goods.
